Given their centrality to American political campaigns, and now elections, the single biggest thing Google could do to demonstrate good faith would be to shut down their political action committee.

I can't imagine a scenario where Google would doctor American election results, and in a caucus any manipulation is easier to catch than in a secret ballot primary. But perceptions and conflicts of interest matter, particularly after the mistrust engendered by the Iowa disaster.

I will say finally that if I was VP for Being Evil at Google, I would game this election by selectively adapting ad targeting (the ads are being bought to notify people about early voting, and cannot be audited), as well as some light outages, not by directly manipulating totals
