How would a Sanders victory change the current fundraising model at all? Changing it requires legislation at best, and most likely amending the Constitution

it would change it because the Democratic presidential nominee's campaign wouldn't be relying on the currently dominant fundraising model and hence would not need to hire people with expertise in it?

But it does rely on the dominant fundraising model! Large online fundraising campaigns for the presidency. The corporate PAC stuff is limited to incumbents in Congress, and wouldn't change at all under a Sanders administration

Okay, so I think I see a bit better where you're coming from. My (real, sincere) point is that the fundraising machinery and consultancies Sanders and Warren criticize are very much built around Congressional incumbents. If you want to drain this swamp, that's what you have to do
