Oh, I found further down what you are probably referring to: getting locked out of APP when the dongles (USB-A to C adapter?) break. Being able to use your phone as a security key now would help, but the setup also requires setting up two keys. Should have helped, I'd think.

APP doesn't handle the "lost phone, keys and laptop" scenario in an acceptable way to make it usable by political campaigns.
