One thing I would encourage people to look at in presidential candidates beyond their ideology—does this person seem like they competently run their staff? Is their operation effective and organized? Do they seem lost or like they're doing things with purpose? Do they hire well?

Presumably the only way to assess this would be who has the best ground game, right? Whoever's organizing the most people into efficient canvassing and outreach?
