I saw Amy Klobuchar speak at an event today and came away impressed. She has a lot to offer: wins elections, including in red districts, is a tough midwestern woman, has experience, is highly intelligent, and isn't 78. Why are Very Online people not into her?
I did too. But (and I say this not to provoke), so what? Every one of the candidates has flaws. This seems bad for her staff, but not unusually disqualifying

In an election where you need to turn out the young, poor and struggling, a boss who throws staplers rings pretty hollow. Most of us eat shit for a living, why would I vote for that. Also, turning out the middlebrow bougie crowd didn't work so great in 2016 - MN !== US
