After filing deadlines and primaries pass, we will also be funding a "State Slate" of 30-50 [feral] state candidates, both in heavily gerrymandered states where we have hope of fairer redistricting, and in competitive Senate states.

The calculus is simple: every competitive race is going to be saturated with political ads, and the presidential race will drive everything. Our best hope for turning out new votes, and persuading the few persuadable voters, is lower on the ticket. It's a complementary strategy.
