Hey Pinboard fans who are designers, I'm going to monkey with the site a bit so it looks okay on phones. My CSS is several years out of date and every six months it seems like there was a holy war about how to do it right. Can you point me to a good tutorial on modern approaches?
I'll put it in other terms; my site TOS says the site is designed to work in recent version of Safari, Explorer, Chrome and Firefox and I'd like to keep that promise

https://browserl.ist/?q=cover+99.5%25+in+US … Or review options in http://github.com/browserlist/browserlist … You're going to likely use a combo of media queries, flexbox and CSS grid. I'd advocate for SASS in any modern app as well.

Cross reference this with http://caniuse.com . For media queries your default styles should be for the smallest screen, then work your way up with min-width based on breakpoints you determine.
