I'm getting great replies to this, but because the respondents are British and therefore not legally allowed to encompass the Queen's death (or imagine her having a stroke at exactly the wrong moment), I feel like some of the most exasperating scenarios remain unexplored

A hung parliament would lead to weeks, if not months, of discussions and deals to try and form a viable coalition. But if Johnson refused to leave No 10 there’d would be sensitivity over whether the Queen invited the Opposition to form a government with him still at No 10.

This sounds promisingly stupid. Thank you!

Hung parliament pretty likely followed by Rumbuffication and maybe a fresh Referneverendum

Johnson loses his seat So there's no prime minister Then no Tory majority and a Tory leadership election if, and if, the queen allows it

Exasperating and not unlikely is another hung parliament but worth it just to see how long certain news anchors can stay awake. Worst possible outcome is a conservative majority.

Hung parliament could result in literally anyone becoming prime minister now. It'll be like King Ralph but funnier.
