It's amazing to imagine what coverage of this year's protests would be like (in Hong Kong or elsewhere) if every participant wasn't carrying a video camera with the ability to publish to a global audience. Everywhere would be Kashmir.

It depends on the CCP’s standard. The video is visible as long as it won’t harm the CCP. When they think the vid worsen civilians’ impression towards the CCP or spreading/advocating independent ideology, they will make their all-our effort to restrict its access to the internet.
