Does anyone have info on how votes are actually recorded and tabulated in Hong Kong? I understand that the counting is done at the polling places in public view after midnight, but don't know much else about the process, type of ballot and so on.

I was reading to to see how the public counting worked, and if it would be worth being sleepy and grumpy tomorrow to go along... Decided that if things were going to be rigged (most than usual) it wouldn't be at the count, so I might as well get some sleep!
