Does anyone have info on how votes are actually recorded and tabulated in Hong Kong? I understand that the counting is done at the polling places in public view after midnight, but don't know much else about the process, type of ballot and so on.
That explains the advice I was seeing on LiHKG about drying the ballot! Thank you!

The stamp is actually very good quality (I've voted). When you're done with it it looks like it has always been there. (It's a local English thing that they call 'em "chops", but that's an Indian English import...)
