Does anyone have info on how votes are actually recorded and tabulated in Hong Kong? I understand that the counting is done at the polling places in public view after midnight, but don't know much else about the process, type of ballot and so on.

Can even attach a photo, because HK celebrity Jordan Chan - and member of the Huizhou Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference - took a photo at the booth against the rules and uploaded it to Weibo...pic.twitter.com/GwrC5hrKOE

So cool! Thank you!
