Yes all that is often the case; I've definitely stayed in problematic employers for the insurance. Also, those actually organizing co-workers inside the company to apply employee pressure against this kind of management are heroes

I’m kinda torn on this one. On the one hand, you’re right in very many situations. On the other, employees with principles are better positioned to protest certain articles of work and/or document and publicly expose them.
