This is a great point. We have a young workforce and the last real sag in tech hiring ended back in '02 (even '08 didn't hit us hard). Sadly the majority of the tech workforce is *just slightly* too young to remember the last time this actually happened, which wasn't even that long ago: 10-15 years. Especially if you're in a country with a stronger currency than dollars.
