They correctly calculated that this move would prompt a freakout from the national security establishment, but that no one would have the guts to arrest them. The next move is to ask, what is the Deep State trying to hide in these facilities? Hate the player but admire the craft!

Remember when a bunch of Republicans stormed the recount operation in Miami-Dade, and we all fretted about how it was a breach of the law, the rules and decorum? Having secured Bush's election, those people went on to work for his administration and are respected statesmen today.

I get the theatrical part, but it also *should* lead to people getting arrested. Obviously, it won't--but that's basically the whole problem.
