Police have now cleared Nathan Rd near Yau Ma Tei twice with great shouting and drama. The street refills the moment they are gonepic.twitter.com/PL0jYXJgj6
Police are back clearing the road a third time. You can see the crowd pouring back into the road right behind thempic.twitter.com/mynALDxp4Z
Clearance operation #4. The crowd is finding this pretty entertaining, as barricades re-form just behind the policepic.twitter.com/ZrHjLJxtMe
Police sweep #5 of same stretch of Nathan Rd near Shantung. There have been dark rumors that mainland police is secretly reinforcing HKPF and I submit today's police activity as a compelling counterargumentpic.twitter.com/1Nf7X6m5vS

A great example of why @hkmaplive is so vital. Can you tell me what color this police flag is? If it's black, people need to put a tear gas mask on. If it's blue, putting the mask on could mean a year in jail. It's like the blue/gold dress, only with a potential prison termpic.twitter.com/NspkbdT0ly
An awful, depressing day in Hong Kong today. My twitter feed if full of arbitrary arrests of old people, children, an officer pulling a live firearm on demonstrators (still a huge deal in HK), people singled out at random for being out on a weekend. The police is out of control.
I love this joke
