One obvious clue: why is MTR bus service shut down along with train service? Why not run extra shuttles like in any other closure scenario?

Soft curfew in Hong Kong continues tonight (Friday), with a full MTR system closure at 10 PM. As usual, this includes all bus service even though the pretext is damage to stations. The MTR status page was normal this morning, but the decision came sometime before early afternoon
