Ok. Answer this question.... has anyone seen a list of ingredients for one of these CS projectiles? Because, unless you have, speculating on the effects of ageing of said projectiles is likely a foolhardy endeavour

OK. Here's the deal. A lot of those ingredients other than CS are hygroscopic (i.e. they readily absorb moisture). Over time, they'll get damp and burn more slowly. That's all.
