Hong Kong's MTR curfew continues tonight with all service to be suspended at 8 PM. This is the more bizarre because people have been using the system for two days now and can see with their own eyes that stations are not damaged enough to warrant closing. Many are intact.

The one place where I strongly disagree with Hong Kong demonstrators is damaging the elevators at MTR entrances. I hope they will reconsider this tactic, especially given the number of brave wheelchair users at the front lines of the protests
