To my knowledge, Shum is the 1st to be charged w 'riot' re the 6/26

Protesters have been charged with arson for lighting fires but, to my knowledge, no one’s been charged specifically in relation to throwing a petrol bomb.

What would the legal exposure be for throwing one, if they chose to bring the charge? Would it be a more severe sentence than the one for rioting?
