Many people love the "Ask what..." lines of JFK Inauguration speech, I find the paragraphs right before those lines most inspiring all along, especially true at times like now in Hong Kong.

another "war-time" speech very inspiring to me, of course, is from Winston Churchill. He is a very controversial guy indeed. But in the end, his will & determination to fight with the Nazi / Hitler will still be remembered as one of the most important events that changed the course of the world.
