Scenes from earlier tonight in Hong Kong. Police try to clear Nathan Rd, then are forced to retreat, harassing people as they leave. At the end of the video, they get very cranky when a water bottle is thrown at them. Crowd is chanting "reclaim Hong Kong /revolution of our times"pic.twitter.com/f1j4nJLJHU

Popo says you can report and they take it seriously as long as you report a specific person, which is not possible, is it

They've removed identifying marks from uniforms in part because of doxxing (which is a real threat to them, to be fair)

Good questions. 1. wondering that myself, since it's a fairly safe "tool" to keep people at distance when used properly. from the few clips I saw, they don't seem to be well trained in it, so probably better for everyone if they don't use it. Also, MK doesn't seem optimal for it.

2) probably overstretched by now? 3) Not to give them ideas, but wondering that myself since day 1. Unfortunately very efficient when done before stuff is getting down :) 4) Junius Ho?
