More Microsoft news: Director of MSPAC Kelly Eaton has left the company, according to several internal sources. This is the same person who at the end of June warned employees that discussing the PAC with contributors could constitute "harassment" (see https://idlewords.com/2019/07/microsoft_s_hypocrisy_on_daca.htm …)
I'm familiar with the concept of fall! But I think it's significant to say fall and not October 1 (or whenever). The company is giving itself room to kick this can down the road and I hope employees find this as encouraging as I do

$SEASON as a specific timeframe; non specific is 'further down the line/when we have examined all the issues/when we feel the product is ready'. -
they can certainly keep kicking the can but compare it to a definitive reaction like restoring the usage rights to partners which they committed to recently.
