There's a Utah chain that delivers a raw pizza to your house, and I'm kind of obsessed with idea. Perfect for when you want to talk on the phone to a stranger, but also wait an additional hour to eat and use an inadequately hot oven.https://www.papamurphys.com/menu

My bad, did I say deliver? You have to GO TO THE PIZZERIA, wait in line to order, and then take the raw pie home to bake it. Their only mistake was to operate in Utah, rather than Silicon Valley, where they would have gotten billions in funding for this disruptive innovation.

I worked one of my first jobs at one of these abominations. It was like Subway for pizzas, but now even Subway has ovens to cook your food. You have no idea how many people asked us to cook their pizza and looked perplexed when we said “no”.

I'm stunned that there aren't industrial pizza oven trucks parked outside of these places
