Whether or not you agree with me, the peculiar way Google and Facebook are immune to shareholder governance mean we have to take the idiosyncratic whims of their founders seriously. But tech/finance journalists hate that, as it's much less fun than 12-dimensional business chess

In defense of my argument, consider what Zuckerberg's peers are doing. One of them shot a car that he made into space. Another wants to beat him to Mars. Another has a secret bunker in New Zeland. Two more are working to hack death/prevent robot rebellion. These are big children.
