I am down with that. I fear that we would end up in click-wrap hell for meatspace though. Want to go in this mall/sports-arena/airport/movie-theater/concert venue/etc? Better click through consent-to-facial-recognition. :(

Yeah, that is a real danger with all hardline positions on consent. The trick is finding out how to regulate it so that this doesn't happen. Perhaps by requiring a trip to Consent Mountain in the Andes.
