Copyright claims can and have been automated, as I'm sure you're well aware. There's a relatively clear legal standard to enforce, and the problem is comparatively simple.

Sure. That is why I tend to focus on "your company makes political donations to white supremacists," since that's harder to rationalize as a thorny technical problem. But the best rationalizers on the planet work for Google.
