I understand the "Soros as antisemitic dogwhistle" trope. On the other hand, Soros is also a real human being who does fund a lot of far-flung political stuff, and I wish there was a way to talk about the role of billionaire donors without giving aid and succor to extremists.

It’s easy. First, you fact check - did Soros actually fund the caravan, or antifa? No. Then, you offer complete facts. It’s Soros AND Koch AND Bezos AND Schwab and and and... focusing on one person demonizes that one person, instead of critiquing the system

...it’s people walking. They don’t need a ton of funding.
