Nancy Pelosi just reported she raised $555K last quarter, $159K of which came from political action committees. She reports over $1.4M in cash on hand, which puts her in a very strong position to win re-election here in San Francisco. http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/755/201810159124802755/201810159124802755.pdf …

I was so proud when the Great Slate outraised Nancy Pelosi last week. Our money is spent across 13 competitive campaigns, rather than one uncontested one. But with the new filing, we're $27,690.23 behind. Please help us overtake Nancy Pelosi again!https://secure.actblue.com/donate/great_slate …

Here's another Democratic leader in an utterly safe seat, Steny Hoyer, accepting nearly $400K in corporate PAC money in the last quarter. Hoyer has been in office since before there were flowering plants, and has $1M cash on hand. Pure legal corruption. http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/173/201810159124798173/201810159124798173.pdf …

Campaign finance is one of the most powerful issues a Democratic campaign can run on, but their efforts get kneecapped by the Democratic leadership's addiction to corporate money. Hoyer and Pelosi can't even find a way to spend it all.

So ... you'd rather have Democratic politicians not win re-election?

If they can't win without the corporate money, then let others run who can.

I'm not being whataboutist, but challenging your idea that voting for Democrats would change the situation in Yemen. Military support for Saudi Arabia has been a bipartisan constant in US foreign policy, and a lot of that corporate PAC money comes from defense contractors
