F22 operate at around 50% readiness under *normal* circumstances. You don’t need the hurricane situation (which is likely overhyped currently) to think those are ridiculous.

50% is pretty good for a plane where crucial spare parts CAN NOT be made anymore (it needs a huge and costly redesign for new parts, some of the old are literally impossible to get)
