Why does no corporation collect money for ass cancer? It's horribly painful, mortifying, and debilitating, as well as socially awkward to tell people (a friend had it and has mercifully recovering) and I would totally buy mini-donuts or scrunchies or whatever in support of that.

Most cancers have impaired mitochondrial metabolism, and therefore rely on glucose almost exclusively for energy, in a far less efficient mechanism. Pink lemonade = making cancer cells very, very happy.

The Susan B. Komen Foundation bears a lot of the blame for this pinkwashing. (As an aside, shout out to @LucyWins2018, underfunded GA-06 candidate running against former Komen SVP Karen Handel.)

Maybe tomato juice would make more sense - tomatoes supposedly have some cancer fighting chemicals. Horrible as it tastes, pink lemonade is a poor choice for chemo.
