What's the practical time constraint? If I wanted to do a Supreme Court nomination speed run, what's the fastest I could do it, assuming control of Congress and the Presidency?

I'm assuming the fastest with everyone working together is same day? So I'm interested in the latter. Assume regular Senate-ing but that people don't care how big a political price they pay for it later
