I dislike impeachment except when needed to protect democracy, but this is about a felony to influence the election. You’re right that it will hurt the greater goal of stopping dumb populism. Ugh

On one hand, the active corruption by the administration *isn't* really the biggest problem with the political landscape today. On the other hand, active corruption by the present administration isn't great, and ought to be dealt with seriously.
