It's too bad about the way they do primary ballots by mail, though. You have to buy a stamp (!) and they send you both party ballots; if you fill out both, or fill out one and return the other blank, you are disqualified.

That's my understanding of the statewide process for primary mail-in votes, which is also fairly new. This is me parroting what I learned working with
