If you're a US citizen living abroad, make sure that you are registered to vote in the midterm elections! My understanding is you need to re-register for every election; it's not enough to have voted before. A good place to start is http://VoteFromAbroad.org

If your most recent US residence was Minnesota, the fastest way to get registered and request ballots is through online UOCAVA registration: https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/UocavaRegistration/UocavaStep1.aspx … You'll need the last four digits of your SSN or an MN driver's license to register.

[Virginia] A super short summary for overseas voters: * Register to vote at least 22 days before the election begins. * Go to https://www.elections.virginia.gov/citizen-portal/index.html …. * You'll get an absentee ballot. * Mail your ballot back. * Your ballot must be received before polls close on election day.

Pennsylvania: find more voting info
@PAStateDept and https://www.votespa.com/Voting-in-PA where you can find the link to Absentee Ballot, and also information on voting as a PA College Student away at school in PA -
Pennsylvania is one of those states where you have to have an approved reason to be voting by absentee ballot. I can vote by absentee ballot because of "being away for work"
