And I'm sorry to say that part of the blame here lies on Twitter employees, who have been complaining bitterly for two years or more inside the company, but have not done anything to rein in their CEO's poor judgement, or even make him work at Twitter full-time

At Twitter, I think an important first step is an independent user advocate within the company, like a newspaper ombudsperson. The company also needs to take decision-making power out of @jack's hands. Frankly, I think Twitter would work best as a worker-owned cooperative
