Reddit revealed today that they got hacked because someone intercepted an SMS. It is very important, particularly if you work in journalism, that you become a fanatical doctrinaire about using security keys and password managers (1password is the standing recommendation)

Given how prevalent "I do everything on my phone" is, not having physical keys that can readily work with phones (bluetooth? near field? something) is kinda.. crippling

Google has the Feitian ones that work with iPhones over Bluetooth, but I believe that is limited to Google apps. I wish Apple would add a "security port" (vanilla USB port) to their next iPhone
