Not your best take. I think there’s a difference between what our leadership does with the military and what servicepeople actually commit themselves to do, and best not to blur that line.

I think it's short sighted to say that. The military protects us from people that wish to do us harm for an array of reasons. One of the results of our military not existing or getting wiped out would almost certainly be loss of 1A. So while no one has stood up and shouted they

want to take away our free speech, I think it's a buried implication down underneath the larger threats. Kind of immature to look at it and say "well no one's threatened to take away our FS so they're not defending it."
