You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
sad on YouTubes part. They need to be more proactive in helping out it's content creators. There has to be some grey legal ground where YouTube owes it's creators some sort of clarification and protection. Also YouTube should be held liable when they make the wrong decision.
