    The only time that isnt true is with video, it takes us 1/4 the length of the video to encode it. so 1 min vid => 15-20 sec

    Fixed, iPhone 4S photos should now correct orientation from device, and show up properly on site.

    It looks like some iPhone 4S photos are over rotating with relation to its meta data. Resolving now.
