This Activision-Blizzard lawsuit should not be remotely surprising if you've ACTUALLY been listening to women & black women the last few years. Welcome to our reality. Welcome to the reality of many workplaces/spaces, even outside of gaming.
Some of us actively fight against these misogynist and/or racist spaces each day, simply by existing. But in all honesty, this isn't going to change. Gaming itself is a white/male dominated space. That is where the power lies. That's where it always has.
And when you call attention to this fact, we know what happens. Hit dogs holler.
I think we ran into the problem once we got to the 'have you even been listening' part.
There's so many dudes pulling the: "Not all men" card right now about the games industry... I'm heading to a quiet island with women and we'll support each other and not have to worry 
Hopefully this starts up a Me-Too sized movement across the entire game industry.
And tech as a whole. This isn't just a game industry issue
