And if this is the case then why are there others doin worse things? Tide pods and slamming bottle of liquor. Why are there still YouTube’s with a million plus subscribers smoking cannabis? Why attack the little guys?

They only look into the cases that are reported to them.

If it’s drug violations then why wasn’t there any strikes, warnings, notifications. Is it just a one strike your out system?

Almost all of your videos, from what I saw, had drug (cannabis/pot) usage or promotion. There were multiple violations.

You’re only addressing the obvious. I’m looking for answers. Why wasn’t I notified of a change to the policy? I’ve used cannabis is almost every single video I have 600+ videos. Why now, after a year and a half of partnership is it a violation now?

The policies haven't been changes (excluding spam rules) in over 6 years. Maybe they are enforcing drug rules more strictly now?

This would make sense if they were picking and choosing which to enforce. There’s still YouTubers with 1.5 Million subs smoking cannabis. So I don’t believe that’s it. But if it was enforcement then why wasn’t I notified? Anytime? These are the answers I’m looking for.

Then they haven't been reported and you were. And if they start enforcing a rule more strictly, they won't notify you. It's not a change to the policy itself.

So you’re saying that you can get signed to YouTube partnership even though your channel violates the terms of agreement? Seems a little counter intuitive doesn’t it? So there’s probably examples of YouTube financially backing things like terrorism and they don’t even know it?

Also, comparing putting a cannabis user (could be mistaken as a cigarette to the ill-informed) into the YPP to putting terrorism groups in the YPP isn't even remotely comparable.

If you’re telling me that I can go 2 years and get paid while violating the terms it’s only reasonable to assume that this could happen anywhere. There’s no mistaking I was a cannabis channel.
