This is a very popular tweet, so I'm going to take this opportunity to plug supporting your local food pantry or hunger relief organization. They need your help all year round, not just during the holiday season. Time, money, food; anything you can give helps.

size inclusivity isn’t just for fat people either !!! I wanna see tall sizes, short sizes, extra small sizes, wide sizes, curved sizes, accessible sizes for disabled people and anything else you can think of!! every body deserves access the well fitting clothing
-
Yes! Bodies are diverse and it is only right that the range of clothing available should be too.

My fav was what Christian did for Leslie Jones for the Ghost Busters premiere! I think they called designers out on Project Runway for it, it was years after him though. None of the designers could do plus sized and Tim was pissed (if I recall).
-
Yeah, Tim basically told them all to get over themselves. Get comfortable with designing for plus-sized women, or quit. No excuses.

I feel a wider representation of bodies would only serve to help interest in fashion Artistically, I find the same androgynous slim bodies pretty dull after a while
-
Exactly. As in everything, representation matters! And don't even get me started on how "androgynous" seems to always be code for "skinny and wearing 3-5 extra yards of fabric."

One of the many reasons I don’t shop at Abercrombie and Fitch is that the owner says he doesn’t make larger than size Large because he “doesn’t want fat people wearing his brand because he only wants attractive people representing him”.
-
And he said all this while looking like a orc!

Saw Donna Karan on Oprah once, and she said it was "too expensive". She was also plus-size.
-
I get heated over that argument! If supposedly 68% of US women wear size 14+, even if it is more expensive, wouldn’t expanding your customer base by 68% make enough profits to cover that and more? I don’t have a MBA but...
