My favorite quote from Dr. King: “Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”

Today's #DailyPointofLight Award honoree Shelby Edmoundson has been a @BBBSA mentor for nearly seven years. She connects with her mentee a couple of times a month to go on outings, celebrate academic achievements and dream about future endeavors. bit.ly/3xfSW9u @KPMG

. is such an amazing organization and I’m proud to be a small part of the community work they do. If you have the ability (time and a kind heart) being a mentor for these kids is some of the best work you could do. We need more mentors so check them out 🙏🙏🙏

Being fired.) He understood that power is not good for personal ego sake but can be a incredible force for the good of all. His vote for the civil rights act of 1968 and his signing of the ADA, his leadership of Desert Storm will always stand out to me as good uses of power.

Three years ago tonight I witnessed my grandfather take his last breath and transition from this life. I think about him often- his kindness, his decency, his optimism for our country, his love of family, his care for those less fortunate . We need more people like George HW Bush
