Except said MP knows very well that that the sole purpose of the Queens Speech was to provide a pretext first for the prorogation, and then for a party political broadcast.

Not unreasonable to point out that when the Queens Speech was held, Boris was on the verge of sealing a Deal with the EU which he believed was going to go through.

Maybe he should have waited for the deal to actually go though? He can't have expected no pushback on the timetable.
