Yeah that is actually grounds for a lawsuit in my opinion. All of this is an easy win in court.

No it isn't, youtube is not obligated to host anyone on their site and can ban whoever they want. Of course this is fucked up and wrong, but they broke no laws.

That's not how using someone else's website works, dude. Youtube owns Youtube, and everyone who uses it, including uploading to it and benefiting from it in any way, agrees to Youtube's terms of service. *Youtube broke no laws*. We're not disputing whether it's right or wrong.

Hate to break it to you, but Youtube's terms of service aren't law anywhere outside their site. They can literally do whatever they want. Every TOS agreement ever has a line that says the terms can be changed at any time, with or without notice. They. Did Not. Break. The Law.
