“While the photo may look like the shooting star fell right into the volcano’s crater, it’s unclear whether that actually happened or whether it fell somewhere behind the mountain.” Sounds inconclusive. Gotta keep an eye on that volcano.

Well, since that particular volcano is quite active(literally there's small ash eruption few hours ago), there's quite a lot of camera and they did capture it.
