there's a lot of scams like that though. There was a group driving around an interstate rest stop parking lot, asking for change for gas... they do it all day and make a killing. Just be wary. I've helped a lot of people over the years but I've been a bit more aware of scams
Lmao it’s not hard to make up a story. No one is gonna ask for a bus ticket money to the place they can walk to. You just enabled a scammer and they tweeted about it to get attention

yeah hate to be a dick but especially if you've been around cities etc. you become a lot less sympathetic especially when you see the same ppl begging spending what people gave them on cigarettes etc. Usually best if you give people something better to give something tangible.
