Am I missing something with the new iOS 16 Lock Screen? Why can’t I add as many widgets as I like in the Lock Screen? The homescreen also still seems to be very limited!

So Apple have joined the multi pixel processing party after this was 1st done over 10 yrs ago. Given the power of these new chips surprised Apple’s cam team didn’t seek more innovation to make use of the opportunity.

It’s coming up to 2 years with the 12 Pro Max and considering what next - iPhone 14 perhaps?? Biggest area of improvement for me would be significant improvement in performance of UW cam. Sony IV still doesn’t seem to hit the spot. Views???

I have been paying every month for some time access to photoshop and Lightroom. Today have had the audacity to accuse me of fraudulent activity on my account and therefore cancelled my subscription!!!! No apology so far just further accusations!!!

What is this graphic trying to show ? I get you may have larger pixels but this suggests your sensor is larger than comparable products than is reality - you’re showing an area of 5x5 pixels vs 4x4. Misrepresentation don’t you think?? #BS #applesandpears

Got to say not very impressed by bragging about the use of a 1” sensor when it’s not actually using anything like the whole sensor so it’s far from a 1” sensor in reality #BS

So after waiting 1 month for to call me after a total of 10+hours of calls, tonight I have been told I now have to wait a further 2 weeks for someone in senior customer service to call me! So that will make it 6 weeks for someone to call me after an issue Apple created!!!!

Anyone with a new Mac mini M1 seeing blue squares across the screen about 1/4 of the screen up from bottom at log in and post log in? This is the replacement which is also showing the same issue.

Looking at 12 Pro Vs 11 Pro Max (no 12 P max examples available yet) images using comparison tool. 11 P max clearly resolving more detail. Noise a little higher but would prefer that trade. How can Apple seriously say this is better? Something really not right here.

So wanted the Sony 1ii to be gr8. Focal length choices spot on. No true 16:9 tho 😟. Cam controls good (not UX) but detail & low light especially just not there. Got a 12 Max on order but questioning if I should cancel & wait for a 1 iii & hope for big improvements. Thoughts???

Intrigued by all the 12 Pro Max hate for its size from the first reviews. Does the combination of squared off sides and 2.4mm longer / 0.3mm wider than any previous iPhone really push it over the edge?? Guess I'll find out in a few weeks.

OMG just realised if those camera improvements are as good as they say (now widgets are available) iPhone 12 Pro Max may well end up being my first EVER non Nokia phone!! (excluding competitor handsets I evaluated and those that were spiritually Nokia)

V. disappointed by the low light results & sharpness of the u. wide cam on the Sony 1 ii. Thought this was going to be my perfect phone. Seems the 11 pro currently has the best image quality. So expensive. Must have u. wide cam, great low light & min 128GB.

As lovely as glass backed smartphones look PLEASE can we have something that 1. Doesn't need to be placed on a perfectly horizontal surface to avoid sliding on to the floor and 2. I can actually grip it for taking one handed selfies. Thank you.

Sony Xperia 1 ii looks interesting, and as a Sony alpha owner even more so as camera app borrows a lot of the user interface logic from the alphas. Look forward to seeing a decent review comparing it to the iPhone 11 pro. Especially interested to see how the 16mm performs.
