It never ceases to befuddle me that people really do seem to think they are "activists" just on the grounds that they tweet & Facebook a lot, largely to curated, hermetically sealed audiences.

As a student, I once took part in an occupation of
@unisouthampton library, but we all got a bit peckish around about supper time, so we de-occupied it. That's my kind of activism.Show this thread
Frankly, it was a bit of a miracle that I managed to find the library, so in that regard it was a triumph.
